Job Summary
Our Memphis Warehouse is looking for hardworking motivated self-starters who want to launch their career at Dematic! The parcelpack position is an entry level role where you can learn the warehouse operations by starting out picking and packing parts for our customers.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $16.20 - $20.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will do in This Role:
- Complete assigned tasks in a specific area retrieve items needed from the inventory check that they are in good condition wrap them securely and pack them for shipping.
- Be personable articulate and have the ability to work well with other employees and management.
- Work with strong attention to detail and high motivation for completing tasks accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to company policies operating procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Provide outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail accuracy quality and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
- Assist in other area of the warehouse as needed to complete other duties as assigned by supervisors.
What We are Looking For:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- At least one (1) year of warehouse experience is required.
- Be flexible to work necessary overtime as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize items.
- Requires the ability to lift material weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Number verification and accuracy is required for all order
- Ability to read write comprehend and follow Dematic policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work second shift (2 pm to 10:30 pm); occasional weekends
