What Youll Be Doing
Safely operate yard loader equipment to move and manage aggregate materials.
Maintain proper stockpiles and ensure materials are organized and accessible.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Support plant and yard operations to ensure efficient material flow.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and productive site.
Load Hopper and ensure we run a maximum efficiency.

Capability to perform tasks independently and follow established procedures.
Commitment to safety practices in all aspects of the job.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliability and consistency in meeting daily operational expectations.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
Must meet all company and site-specific safety requirements.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
