About the Role:

This is a hands-on Product Management internship for someone who wants to learn what it is actually like to be a PM at a fast-moving fintech company.

This is not a large structured internship program with a pre-defined intern project. Instead you will be trained and treated like a junior product manager and embedded directly within our product teams. You will work alongside experienced Product Managers Designers and Engineers to help define problems ship product changes to production and validate whether those changes are working.

What You Will Do:

During the internship you will rotate across one or more product areas and contribute meaningfully to active product work. Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting Product Managers in discovery planning and execution of features and improvements
• Helping break down product ideas into clear requirements and user stories
• Participating in customer research feedback synthesis and insight generation
• Partnering with Design and Engineering to move work from idea to build to launch
• Helping track and analyze product metrics to understand impact after launch
• Writing and maintaining product documentation including PRDs specs and decision docs
• Contributing to small-to-medium scoped product changes that may ship to production

You will get exposure to the full product lifecycle from identifying a problem to validating outcomes rather than just one isolated task.

What You Will Learn:

By the end of the internship you should have a clear understanding of:

• How real product teams operate day-to-day
• How to think through tradeoffs scope decisions and constraints
• How to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering Design Risk and Operations
• How to measure whether a product change actually worked

What Youll Bring:

We are open to strong undergraduates or early-career graduate students especially those interested in Product Management Technology or Fintech.

• Are detail-oriented but can zoom out to understand the bigger picture

• Are comfortable in fast-moving environments where things evolve quickly
