Programmer Analyst II

Job Summary:

The Programmer Analyst II will design develop test and implement software solutions and applications contributing to the enhancement and maintenance of Jabils critical business systems.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain software applications and systems using various programming languages and tools adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
* Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents.
* Perform thorough unit testing integration testing and system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing deployment and ongoing support.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts project managers and other developers to deliver integrated solutions.
* Troubleshoot and debug software issues providing timely and effective resolutions.
* Document technical designs code and support procedures for future reference and knowledge transfer.
* Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and tools to improve development processes and system performance.
* Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in software development or programming analysis.
* Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g. C# Java Python).
* Experience with database technologies (e.g. SQL Server Oracle) and writing complex queries.
* Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle EBS) is a plus.
