Qualifications:

  • Be an active/enrolled student at Marshall University
  • Must be 18 years old at the time of starting with Foundever
  • Willing to complete and pass a background check
  • Have a passion for helping people
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to research analyze and determine appropriate actions in various situations
  • Solve complex problems while exercising good judgment
  • Approach life with a can-do attitude
  • Enjoy working independently and with a team
  • Comfortable being on camera with your customers to humanize interactions.

Work from Home & Equipment Requirements:

  • Work activity must be performed in a quiet and distraction-free location
  • Your home workspace must be behind a closed door to ensure a secure environment for customer information
  • Associates must have access to high-speed internet service through a hard-wired connection via ethernet cable
  • Foundever provides the necessary equipment for this role! Please note you may need to provide your own Ethernet cable if your wall connection is over 6 from your workstation

** Please note that we are working on securing a physical location on or close to campus! When this is ready all work will transition to this space to increase collaboration teamwork and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality customer interactions as a Foundever employee in support of Intuits TurboTax product/customers
  • Handle inbound service calls no cold calling!
  • Drive customer satisfaction by providing a world-class experience
  • Navigate through multiple systems and tools designed for your success
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development
