Who are we looking for
Weare seeking an experienced UX/UIDesigner to join our Product and Design Team to help enhance i2 products and services.
This permanent position will be performed on a remote basis with an ability to comeintothe i2 office in Cambridge UK as business needs require (approx. 2 days per month).

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and gather requirements.
Conduct user research usability testing and other methods to uncover user needs anddemonstratethe impact of your designs.
Work closely with UX designers and developers to ensure feasibility consistency and smooth implementation.
Design intuitive user-centredinterfaces that deliver exceptional experiences.
Continuously refine solutions based on feedback from sponsor users SMEs and dataanalysis.
Present design concepts to stakeholders customers and partners.
Requirements
5 years of professional experience in UX design forweb& desktopapplications.
ExpertproficiencyinFigma including advanced features like variablescomponentlibraries and interactive prototypes.
Strong background in user research and usability testing.
Deep understanding of design principles and user-centredmethodologies.
Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills.
Experience designing accessible interfaces.
A portfolioshowcasingvisual analysis solutions is a plus as is experience with link analysis statistical or GIS tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments isadvantageous.
Experience using AI as part of the design process would beadvantageous.
An interest in using ontologies and schemas to model complex data.
Bachelors orMastersdegree in Interaction Design HCI or a related field preferred.
