Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about services and products offered by Ironside Restoration
- Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and resolving any technical difficulties they may encounter
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills

- Proficiency in typing and navigating chat interfaces
