Independent Contract Therapist (LICSW LMHC etc.) Washington State (Remote)

Opportunity:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced licensed mental health professionals to join our team as Independent Contractors (1099) for remote-based clinical work. This role offers the flexibility of private practice with the administrative support of an established organization.

Key Requirements:

Candidates must strictly meet the following criteria:

Active Washington State License: Must hold an active non-pending license in the State of Washington (e.g. LICSW LMHC LMFT etc.).
Availability: Must be available for a minimum of two clinical days per week (three days per week preferred) with one of those days being Monday or Friday.
Quick Start: Be available to begin work within approximately 30 days after completing all required onboarding documentation.
Credentialing: Must be willing and able to complete credentialing as part of the onboarding process.
Communication: Must respond to communication within 24 hours or the next business day during the recruiting process.

Compensation Structure & Incentives:

Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099) engagement.
Pay Split: 60/40 split of insurance reimbursement with the clinician receiving 60 percent.
Bonus: A $1000 completion bonus is paid after the clinician successfully completes 30 billable therapy sessions.
No-Show Payment: Receive payment for missed appointments when they are billable.
