In this role
Most of your day will be to review daily financial reports and make necessary correction on the exception reports and receipt journals for the criminal traffic civil and juvenile case types. Prepare daily deposits and verifies its accuracy audit tills make changes and ensure other staff balance their tills correctly. You will work closely with the Central Service Accounting department in explaining our court procedures orders adjustments outages clerk errors disbursements and ensures documents are scanned to the case for verification.
Other duties include assisting leads to create business processes to be used by all staff. Assist the training unit staff on these business processes and follow-up and review to assure accuracy of work performed. Work with the judges litigants attorneys and other professional department agencies in use of the court system.
Assigned tasks may be changed to accommodate workload and organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent
AND
At least three (3) or more years of responsible experience in a moderately complex office or business setting involving the processing of financial administrative or legal documents
OR
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to three (3) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge skills and abilities for the position.
