Pay Rate/Range: $17/hr.
Description: The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk is responsible for supporting daily financial and administrative operations while providing excellent customer service to homeowners. This role requires strong attention to detail organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and records.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will process resident payments manage electronic and physical bank deposits and handle return payment notifications while maintaining accurate financial records reports and files. They will research payment exceptions and property ownership set up new owner accounts and update account notes in CINC. The role also includes responding to homeowner emails within 48 hours answering phones professionally providing excellent customer service and assisting with clubhouse and pool reservations and deposit tracking as needed. The A/R Clerk must collaborate effectively with team members and support additional tasks as assigned. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel Publisher and PowerPoint comfortable using Windows 10 and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. They must be highly organized detail-oriented able to multitask reliable punctual and maintain a positive team-oriented attitude.
