The University of Iowa Community Clinics (UICC) is seeking a patient centered 100% Staff Nurse to work at our 1st Avenue Clinic. This position will mainly support our 1st Avenue Family Medicine Clinic but could float to other patient specialties/clinic locations based on clinical needs/hours. This position will support the clinic in providing phone triage support laboratory support helping with prior authorizations as well as assist with nurse visits.

Schedule: Monday - Friday with variable hours ranging between 7:30 AM 6:00 PM. No weekends required. No holidays or on-call shifts required.

Pay Grade: 52 - $57587- $105636 at 100% time (based on years of experience)

The ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and patient populations is crucial; Float nurses must be comfortable working in various departments and clinics such as primary care and specialty services.
Desirable Qualifications
Minimum 6 months ambulatory experience
