About the Role
As an in-home caregiver you will make a meaningful difference in the life of an individual who wishes to remain safe comfortable and respected in their own home. This role is about building trust offering companionship and treating each client with dignity and empathy.
What Youll Do
Provide compassionate hands-on personal care (bathing grooming dressing toileting)
Assist with mobility transfers and safe ambulation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping related to client care
Assist with medication reminders (as permitted)
Observe and report changes in client condition
Most importantly: care with patience respect and a kind heart
What Were Looking For
A warm dependable and empathetic personality
A genuine passion for helping others
Experience as a caregiver preferred (but we value heart and willingness to learn)
Ability to communicate clearly and kindly
Valid drivers license car insurance and punctuality
Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
