We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual with proven experience in events management within a fundraising environment including mass participation or third-party challenge events.
You will:
Have a strong track record in creating and implementing marketing plans managing budgets and delivering clear stewardship communications.
Exceptional planning organisational and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.
The ideal candidate will be performance-driven able to work on their own initiative as well as collaboratively within a team and demonstrate excellent time management skills under pressure. Strong IT proficiency particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is required as is the ability to align closely with Demelzas values.
