We are looking for an intern to join our Talent Department and support the team in tasks related to recruitment and people management. You will participate in the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding gaining handson experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
General responsibilities:
- Posting job offers on job sites and managing applications.
- Active search of candidates through LinkedIn.
- CV screening and candidate preselection.
- Conducting phone interviews.
- Preparing reports with feedback from phone interviews.
- Participating in facetoface interviews with the Talent team.
- Supporting the preparation of salary offers.
- Assisting in employee onboarding processes.
- Managing and updating information in the internal ERP.
What you bring along:
- Student or recent graduate in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field with the possibility of signing an internship agreement.
- High level of English (minimum C1).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different profiles.
- Interest in recruitment and talent management.
- Living near Getafe; having your own vehicle is a plus.
- Proactive attitude organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
