Join our newly reorganized Education Hub and help us drive growth in the veterinary orthopedics market. We are offering a 6 month contract with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position as a:
Education Coordinator 80-100%
The Education Coordinator plans coordinates and supports Movoras training events primarily veterinary workshops across the EMEA region. Working closely with the Education team they handle logistics administration and equipment management to ensure customers use Movora products safely and competently.
Your mission
- Plan and deliver educational programs: Organize and execute Movora EMEA workshops webinars and conferences including managing materials equipment venues and logistics.
- Coordinate stakeholders: Work with internal teams key opinion leaders instructors and global/regional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment with program goals.
- Program promotion and engagement: Represent Movora Education at local national and international forums identify participant groups and support marketing and materials distribution.
- Monitoring evaluation and reporting: Ensure programs meet M&E criteria collect and analyze metrics and provide timely reports to management and participants.
- Budget and administrative management: Handle event budgets liaise with finance and support the event team and executive leadership as needed.
- Continuous improvement: Maintain and update program content advise on new procedures and ensure events deliver clear value and ROI.
Requirements
Your skills and professional experience
- Comfortable and confident in a clinical setting
- 2 years of relevant experience (education medical veterinary or event coordination preferred)
- Experience in project coordination or event management
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Hands-on solution-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication and people skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English; German and additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as and when required
