Position Details
The ideal candidate will perform a full spectrum of bread-and-butter generalsurgeryincluding minimally invasive procedures.
Joining 3 other General Surgeons in busy practice with APP support
Hospital is a major referral transfer center for Southern NM; Trauma Level III
2 Da Vinci Xi Robots available onsite
11 ORs in the hospital with flexible block scheduling
Shared ER call 1:4
Clinic is on hospital campus
Robust hospitalist program in place to reduce need for admissions and focus on consultations
Hospital administration support
Teaching opportunities with FM residency and Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine
Comprehensive Cancer Center with clinical trials and active collaboration between oncologists surgeons radiologists etc.
