Brokerage Specialist
Job Description Summary
The Broker Specialist will report to the Office Manager and will serve as dedicated broker support to a single fee-earner and/or team. This licensed position is responsible for support and management of client service activities providing superior marketing research and administrative support critical to the overall success of the broker(s). The Broker Specialist will interact with various departments within the organization on behalf of the fee-earner to ensure they are able to meet the needs of their this capacity the Brokerage Specialist will be viewed as a direct line of communications to the fee-earner themselves.
Job Description
- Provide business development and targeted sales/marketing support
- Manage client database
- Coordinate and assist with collecting aggregating and preparing data
- Manage deal pipeline & deal documentation
- Manage content creation process with regards to timeline and production cycle
- Coordinate with other departments based on the needs of the fee-earner
- Internal and external client interaction
- Coordinate broker and client entertainment events (meetings open houses client outings dinners etc.)
- Collaborate with team on deliverables
- Assist with all aspects of meetings and manage active calendars for a department service line or local brokerage services department or specialized team
- Maintain confidential department records and office files in accordance with internal company procedures
- Assist in the creation and/or editing of presentation materials including flyers exclusives leasing proposals case studies email blasts and invitations letter of intent (LOI) NDAs DREARs Referrals etc.
- Utilize standard marketing-approved templates and graphics while assisting in the creation of presentation materials etc.
Qualifications You Bring:
- Bachelors Degree highly preferred
- 2 year of experience in commercial real estate or any similar combination of education and experience
- Possess California Department of Real Estate (DRE) license or willing to obtain one during first six months of employment
- Intermediate working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
- Experience creating and editing marketing materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook and Teams
- Argus commercial real estate software experience a plus.
- Strong writing editing and proofreading skills correcting spelling grammatical and layout errors
- Detail oriented able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Extremely professional & proven record of providing excellent customer service both internal and external clients
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with strong organizational & priority setting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Upbeat energetic takes initiative dependable takes pride in work and works well within a team
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Position may require support beyond standard 8:00 am 5:00 pm business hours
Physical Environment:
- Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
- May involve periods of standing such as operating at machines including copiers faxes scanners binding cutting and folding.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 74800.00 - $88000.00
