What Youll Do
As aCustomer Service Advisor youll be the first point of contact for customers handlinginbound/outbound calls andemails in a fast-pacedcontact centre environment. Youll providesupport guidance and solutions ensuring that every customer receives a positive and efficient experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer serviceby handling a variety of inbound queries.
- Listen activelyto customers and identify their needs.
- Provide clear and effective solutions ensuring first-time resolution where possible.
- Work as part of a supportive team collaborating to achieve success.
