The Impact You Will Drive
We are looking for aChief of Staff GTM & Business Operationsto act as aforce multiplier for the CEOand help scale Onehouse through its next phase of growth. This is ahigh-impact highly cross-functional rolethat blends: Go-to-market execution and operations CEO-level strategic and operational support External-facing leadership with customers and partners and General business operations and problem-solving.

You will operate across Sales Marketing Product Finance and Leadershipowning day-to-day execution where needed and driving clarity alignment and momentum across the business.

This role is ideal for a senior operator who thrives in ambiguity enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants broad exposure to how a Series B company is built and scaled.

What You Will Do:

    • GTM Operations & Execution
    • Own day-to-day tactical execution of go-to-market operations including aligning sales and marketing plans monitoring CRM health and improving pipeline efficiency.
    • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure clean data consistent processes and predictable execution.
    • Support deal execution including pricing approvals forecasting and late-stage deal support.

    • Chief of Staff to CEO
    • Act as a trusted right-hand to the CEO helping prioritize initiatives prepare for key meetings and drive follow-through.
    • Prepare board decks executive readouts and leadership materials.
    • Analyze business metrics and synthesize insights for decision-making.
    • Coordinate and drive cross-functional projects that dont have a natural owner.

    • External Representation & Deal Support
    • Serve as a credible external representative of Onehouse with customers partners and stakeholders.
    • Join customer and partner meetings articulate Onehouses value clearly and help move deals toward closure.
    • Carry the companys voice with professionalism clarity and confidence.

    • Business Operations & Special Projects
    • Handle a wide range of business-side tasks including contract redlining drafting press releases or announcements and supporting strategic initiatives.
    • Identify operational gaps and step in to fix themeither directly or by helping define the role/process needed long-term.
    • Drive execution on high-priority ambiguous projects critical to company growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

    • 7 years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff Business Operations Revenue Operations Consulting or early-stage startup operations.
    • Hands-on experience with go-to-market operations including CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce or similar) pipeline management and sales/marketing alignment.
    • Experience working closely with a CEO or executive team including board prep and strategic execution.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
    • Exceptional written and verbal presentation/communication skills.
    • Comfort being externally customer- and partner-facing.
    • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
    • Strong judgment discretion and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
    • MBA

Bonus Points:

    • Experience at a Series A or Series B SaaS or data/infrastructure company.
    • Prior experience supporting enterprise sales motions.
    • Background in both consulting and startup operations.
    • Familiarity with data platforms analytics infrastructure or developer-focused products.
$200000 - $225000 a year

Onehouse is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The pay range(s) for this role is listed above and represents the base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are dependent upon several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to: job-related skills depth of transferable experience relevant certifications and training business needs market demands and specific work location. Based on the factors above Onehouse utilizes the full width of the range; the base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The total compensation package for this position will also include eligibility for equity options and the benefits listed above.
