Position Summary: Client Services Business Analyst Healthcare Data

We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative Business Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for building trusted partnerships across data marketing and cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for developing organizing and maintaining complex healthcare data systems while serving as a strategic liaison between technical data work and business-facing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and sustain data systems using SQL/T-SQL and related technologies to support analytic readiness across complex healthcare datasets.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on client datasets maintaining full lifecycle documentation and quality assurance protocols for both recurring reports and new implementations
• Collaborate regularly with marketing clients project management client services and quality assurance teams to align data strategy with business objectives.
• Effectively communicate technical outcomes into clear business-relevant insights tailored for marketers client teams and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to triage client requests set expectations with stakeholders and execute complex data workflows with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple clients and concurrent development of workstreams.
• Produce reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators uncover operational insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Support and guide junior analysts contributing to a culture of analytical excellence and mentorship.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis required preferred in a healthcare or pharmaceutical space
• 35 years of experience with SQL Server data integration ETL development and data validation techniques.
• Strong command of data storytelling and the ability to explain complex logic to diverse audiences.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Expertise in SQL T-SQL SSIS and data profiling tools; proficiency with Excel PowerPoint PowerBI Python.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently across multiple priorities while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Adept at fostering relationships communicating proactively and collaborating across internal and external teams.
• Comfortable mentoring and setting quality standards for others in the team.
