Job Summary
JOB PURPOSE
This role exists toJoin the team behind the best-selling mayonnaise brand in the United StatesHellmanns a Unilever $1B brand with over a century of heritage and the top two SKUs in North America.As a Logistics Coordinator at our Hellmanns Plantyoullplay a pivotal role in ensuring seamless factory operations by managing inbound and outboundlogisticsoptimizinginventory accuracy and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all materials entering/exiting the factoryon shift ensuringaccuratedocumentation andtimelyprocessing
ExecutemultipleSAP transactionsto track system inventory spanning material receipt to posting goods issued
Performweeklyinventory cycle counts and ensureaccuratecounts of raw and packaging materials within the facility to support production needs
Managedaily trailer movement across our site forpackagingandfinished goods usingour sitesYard Management System
Support operations withcoordinatingmaterial requestsas needed by our production and quality teams
Collaborate withthecorporate transportation teamtoallocateunplannedshipments across the distributioncenternetwork
Drivelogisticscost savings through FIFO processes and internal project execution
Validate assessorial costs from carriers and reduce waste through continuous improvement initiatives
Improvegoodsreceipt processes to enhance inventory accuracy and traceability
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma; Associate degree preferred
2 years of experience inlogistics supply chain or factory operations
Experience with SAPor other Inventory management system (Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (ExcelOutlook & Word)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with Yard Management Systems
Technical analysis and spreadsheetinvestigation
Ability toidentifyand implement process improvements
Understanding of supply chain functions and performance metrics
Pay: The pay range for this position is $58200.00 to $87400.00. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications qualifications and education and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
