Job Summary

Care Bank Residential Childcare Support Worker

Location: Keighley
Salary: 14.12 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay based on qualifications)
Working Hours: Flexible bank hours
Hourly Rate: 14.12 per hour
Number of Sleeps Required: Yes (subject to rota)
Pay Per Sleep: Included within bank arrangements
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs aged 611 Trauma Neglect Social & Emotional Needs

Qualifications Required:

  • Residential Childcare qualification desirable but not essential

  • Full training and induction provided

Experience in Years Required:

  • Experience desirable but not essential

  • Number of Beds: 2

  • Type of YPs: Trauma Neglect Social & Emotional Challenges

  • Ofsted Rating: New home (opening July)

  • Ratio of Staff to Children: High staff-to-child ratio

  • You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)

  • You only have Healthcare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner qualifications

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
