Elite Day Center is excited to announce an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) Administrator at our location in Florence SC! If you are a dedicated healthcare professional with leadership experience and a passion for serving senior and young adults with cognitive and physical disabilities we want to hear from you!

Full-time Monday-Friday 40 hours a week - Hours of Operation 7:30am-4:00pm

No weekends No holidays No on-call!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Day Center ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Manage budgeting staffing and enrollment to maintain and grow center participation.

Facilitate effective communication among multidisciplinary staff to promote smooth workflows.

Conduct tours and outreach to potential members families and referral sources.

Supervise the admission process ensuring all required documentation is collected and maintained.

Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and maintain records in accordance with DHP/DHHS & DSS standards

Work towards monthly census growth goals to expand community impact.

What Were Looking For:

Active RN License in good standing (Required)

Strong leadership communication and customer service skills (Required)

Experience managing staff and overseeing budgets (Required)

Current CPR Certification (Required)

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (Required)

Experience with Alzheimers dementia and special needs adult care (Preferred)
