As a Program Manager you will lead complex high-impact implementation projects for enterprise customers across EMEA. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions coordinating diverse teams of architects and consultants. This role is essential for ensuring successful platform adoption driving long-term value and managing critical client relationships for a global market leader.

What you will do:

Lead multiple enterprise-level implementation projects from initiation to delivery ensuring they remain within scope on time and within budget.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Implementation Consultants to translate complex client business needs into scalable technical platform solutions.
Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for senior leaders and stakeholders managing risks and proactively resolving project escalations.

The ideal candidate:

Has 4 years of experience in program or project management specifically handling large enterprise clients within the technology or SaaS sector.
Demonstrates AI fluency with a proven ability to build or automate workflows and articulate the value of technical solutions to stakeholders.
Thrives in ambiguous environments and possesses the strategic mindset needed to help define processes for a growing professional services organization.
