Job Summary
Assist the Channel Marketing team in tracking event participation feedback and results while providing insights into overall investment performance and outcomes. Gain hands-on experience in data management reporting and cross-team collaboration. Develop an understanding of how event results translate into tangible business outcomes by being part of the process step by step. Review existing workflows and tools identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize overall process efficiency.
Key Assignment
- Review existing Standard Work documents to ensure they are accurate up-to-date and optimized for team use.
- Identify gaps or opportunities for improvement in the process and propose recommendations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect clean and organize pre-event data into a single source
- Maintain up-to-date information in a centralized file
- Support the alignment of data collection methods during the event
- Assist in uploading leads and prospects into the internal CRM system ensuring accurate linkage to dedicated tracking code
- Ensure smooth transition of leads to subsequent steps in the process
- Collaborate closely with EMEA Channel Marketing Sales teams Inside Sales and other stakeholders
- Collect organize and review post-event data into a single source
- Prepare reports with insights on progress investment and results generated by all event participations
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in English
- Affinity for data management and strong analytical skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Commitment to ensuring data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
- Proactive curious and eager to learn
