Position Responsibilities:
- Change Risk Assessment & Monitoring Support
- Provide support in tracking coordinating and facilitating risk assessment and monitoring activities for initiatives across various business functions.
- Contribute to the review and ongoing enhancement of the regional Change Risk Framework to ensure alignment with standard and drive efficiency.
- Reporting Tools Optimization
- Assess existing reporting tools and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency usability and speed ensuring streamlined processes.
- Data Monitoring Solutions
- Design and implement monitoring tools to improve the efficiency of tracking data cleanup activities reducing manual intervention and turnaround times.
- Quarter End Reporting Support:
- Assist with data preparation cleansing and validation activities during quarter-end reporting cycles to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL R Python). Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentation purposes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with dashboard development and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
- General AI skills are preferred including familiarity with AI tools and techniques for data analysis and reporting.
