Job Title: Supervisor Pricing Analytics

Location: Pune India Reporting to Senior Manager - PricingCoE

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Supervisor Pricing Analyticswill support the Senior Manager PricingCoE and lead a team of data analysts to drive regional pricing performance analysis. The roleis responsible fortranslating business and stakeholder requirements into analytical solutions enhancements and customizations across pricing dashboards and intelligence tools combining BI and AI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Act as the primary analytical interface between PricingCoEand cross-functional stakeholders (Sales Finance Commercial IT) translating business requirements into actionable dashboard enhancements and analytical outputs.

-Oversee the development and enhancement of standard and customized pricing dashboardsprovidingconsolidated performance views across lines of business regions customer clusters and selling motions.

-Support the Senior Manager PricingCoE in capability development and performance feedback for PricingCoEdataanalyst.

-Support continuous improvement initiatives byidentifyinggaps in existing pricing analytics recommending enhancements andassistingin the prioritization of pricing intelligence requests.

- Coach train and lead team of analysts

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

-Support functional design and process mapping initiatives for pricing analytics ensuring alignment with business requirements and pricing governance.

-Document analytical solutions insights and dashboard enhancements to enable clarity continuity and scalability across the PricingCoE.

-Review analytical outputs and escalate risks or prioritization issues to the Senior Manager PricingCoE.

-Collaborate with internal teams on pricing-related automation and AI initiatives to enhance efficiency accuracy and insight generation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics Computer Science BusinessEngineering).

-Proven experience leading mentoring and coaching teams of data analysts including work planning quality reviews and stakeholder coordination.

-6 years of experience working with large and complex datasets including hands-on data analysis reporting and dashboard development.

-Strong programming and analyticalexpertisewith SQL DAX Python and Excel; ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

-Strongexperience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake along with exposure to Big Data environments data cleansing and data quality management practices.

-Working knowledge of pricing metrics pricing performance measurement and commercial analytics frameworks.

-Foundational understanding of algorithms statistical methods and data modeling concepts; exposure to AI or automation use cases is anaddedadvantage.

-Strong communicationand presentation skills.
