Heres what youll be doing...
- Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Develop & manage client quality assurance process to include conducting quality assurance visits & calls
- Manage & coordinate changing care needs with families and internal team members
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members to enhance their performance and professional development
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Manage client inquiries & starts of care
Youre the perfect fit if you have...
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferably in customer service or client care
- Experience in the senior care/healthcare industry (preferred)
- CNA LPN or RN certification/license (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Positive attitude resilience and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
To join the team youll need...
- To complete a criminal background check motor vehicle record check and drug screen
- Possess a valid drivers license and valid auto insurance
