Providing a warm and welcoming reception to guests upon arrival ensuring a positive first impression
Handling professional check-in and check-out procedures using the hotel management system Opera
Delivering proactive courteous and personalized service to meet the needs of our guests
Acting as the first point of contact for guest requests inquiries and feedback
Assisting guests with concierge services including arranging transfers tickets sightseeing tours and other activities
Managing guest correspondence via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
Handling billing procedures invoices and performing shift and daily closings accurately
Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and service guidelines
Supporting administrative and organizational tasks within daily front office operations
Contributing new ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality
Completed vocational training in hospitality or tourism is an advantage
Ideally previous professional experience in Front Office operations within the hospitality industry
Experience with the hotel management system Opera is an asset
Enjoyment of working with guests and colleagues from different nationalities
Communicative open-minded personality with a warm and positive attitude
Strong team spirit commitment and a high sense of responsibility
Excellent command of German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
For the position of Receptionist (m/f/d) the collective agreement minimum gross salary is 2026 per month. Relevant professional experience and qualifications will of course be rewarded with additional compensation along with attractive salary development based on individual performance
