Were looking for an Events Project Scheduler to ensure the seamless delivery of Aggrekos energy solutions for a diverse range of events from global sporting fixtures to large-scale festival/concerts. This position is responsible for developing maintaining and optimising project schedules coordinating resources and managing timelines to ensure a seamless project delivery. You will be a critical function in translating event requirements into executable project plans and ensuring operational efficiencies.

What youll do:
Develop implement and maintain detailed project schedules for event power and temperature control solutions from initial concept to demobilisation
Collaborate closely with the event sales team project managers and clients to gather all essential information for accurate schedule delivery
Translate event design specifications and requirements into actionable project timelines identifying critical paths and potential bottlenecks
Coordinate the scheduling of materials equipment (generators temperature control units ancillary systems) and project staff including internal teams and external contractors
Monitor project progress against the schedule identify deviations and proactively implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
Manage and communicate schedule changes modifications and updates to all relevant stakeholders ensuring alignment across sales operations and engineering teams
Assist in forecasting resource needs (labor equipment etc.) based on upcoming event schedules and project demands.
Facilitate effective communication and handovers between design sales operations and installation teams to ensure smooth transitions between project phases
Ensure all scheduling activities adhere to Aggrekos quality safety environmental and regulatory standards
Prepare and distribute comprehensive scheduling reports progress updates and documentation
Be prepared to work outside of normal working hours to meet the dynamic demands and tight deadlines of the events industry
Youll have the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project scheduling or coordination preferably within the events power generation or a related fast-paced project-driven industry
Proven ability to develop manage and optimise complex project schedules
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and clients
Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera P6 and Smartsheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to navigate unexpected challenges and adjust schedules accordingly
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with power generation and temperature control equipment is an advantage
Basic understanding of event logistics and operational requirements
Commitment to QHSE practices for a secure work environment
