Compensation & Bonuses
- World Master & A Level Technicians: Top-tier compensation
B Technicians: $30$35 per hour (based on experience)
Up to $10000 Sign-On Bonus

What Youll Do
Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership standards
Diagnose maintain and repair automotive systems using advanced diagnostic tools
Test drive vehicles and verify repairs
Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs
Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Hyundai Experience Not Required.
Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs.
Qualified techs may test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led training courses accelerating certification based on prior experience.
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
A B Master or World Master level technicians
Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience
ASE or Manufacturer Certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
