Job Summary
Findlay is one of the largest & fastest growing automotive groups in Southwest U.S. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician (Recon Tech) to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring our pre-owned vehicles meet dealership quality standards before they are offered for sale. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work works well in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of quality and efficiency in vehicle reconditioning.

Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical cosmetic and safety-related reconditioning on used vehicles
- Complete multipoint inspections and document findings accurately
- Diagnose and repair common issues such as brakes tires suspension batteries lights and minor engine concerns
- Coordinate with service advisors used car managers and detail teams to meet recon deadlines
- Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Communication skills communicates effectively with others.
- Time management managing ones own time and time of others.
- Basic computer skills.
- Clean driving record
- Valid Arizona driver license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
