Care Dimensions a leading non-profit hospice and palliative care organization is looking for a mission-driven Certified Pharmacy Technician.
Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services the certified pharmacy technician provides clinical support for patient care. The certified pharmacy technician will work directly with pharmacy medical and clinical teams to ensure high quality cost-efficient pharmaceutical care.
They do not perform duties that are legally performed by a registered pharmacist.
What Youll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be a registered pharmacy technician with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.
- Previous experience has a Pharmacy Technician in a healthcare field preferred.
- Must be a Board-Certified Pharmacy Technician from a nationally approved technician certification board and maintain that certification as defined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.
- Basic math skills and General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in order entry and pharmacy billing systems with respect to navigating and working with electronic medical record and various pharmacy benefits managers.

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education training relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.
