Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant -Project Co-ordinator

A Junior Engagement Manager supports client-facing delivery by coordinating project execution managing stakeholder communication and ensuring milestones budgets and quality standards are met. The role bridges strategy and executionworking closely with senior engagement managers consultants and delivery teams to keep programs on track and clients confident.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day client engagement across ERP operations or transformation programs

Track milestones dependencies risks and action items across workstreams

Prepare client-ready materials: status reports steering decks performance schedules and SOW updates

Coordinate internal teams (functional technical vendors) to meet delivery timelines

Monitor financials (burn GM% change requests) and support forecasting and invoicing

Facilitate meetings capture decisions and follow up on commitments

Ensure governance documentation and compliance with agreed scope and quality standards

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Project coordination and basic program management (Agile/Waterfall exposure)

Analytical skills for tracking KPIs budgets and risks

Proficiency with Excel PowerPoint and collaboration tools

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business MIS Engineering or related field

Experience in consulting PMO or client delivery roles

Exposure to ERP or large-scale operational programs is a plus.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $55000 to $68500. The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
