Stoneridge Software isseeking a Solution Architect who will play a strategic role in guiding clients through the successful implementationof Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. The Solution Architect will shape the overall application architecture drive key design decisions and ensure project solutions are rooted in scalable enterprisegrade standards. Acting as a project lead they will oversee complex CE and Power Platform engagements translating business needs into robust wellaligned systems that support organizational goals and integrate seamlessly within the broader enterprise landscape.
A Day in the Life
- Owns end-to-end accountability for CE/Power Platformsolution architecture and delivery balancing business requirements technical integrity and delivery execution across the project lifecycle.
- Assiststhe functional resources/business analysts with requirements gathering andprovidesdesign guidance formid- to large-sizedDynamics 365 (CE)and Power Platformprojects. Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and presentfunctionalvision and solutions in software products customizations and integrations to meet those needs within Dynamics 365 (CE).
- Deep knowledge of thePower Platform andDynamics365CE (Sales Customer Service Field ServiceCustomer InsightsJourneysand Project Operations). Strong understanding of when to use native features and when it isappropriate touse custom development. Ability to successfully communicate this information to both internal and client teams.
- Works with our implementation delivery team to develop a solutionblueprint thatincludesan estimate scope assumptions epics and features implementation plan technology solution architecture diagrams ERD and business process diagram options to meet project goals and longer-termneeds.
- Provides leadershipto the project team throughout the implementation to ensureaccuratedelivery of project plans.
- Maintains knowledge ofthird-partysoftware vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectivelycompare and contrastsolutions.
- Provides current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
- Communicates complex topicsregardingsolutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.
- Ability to be client-facingincludingeffectively communicating with the client leading meetings and capturing and distributing action items.
- Assistswith upgrades of on-premises CRM environments.
- Providesinputstothe project plansestimatesand scope for sales proposals and statements of work.
- Work Location: This position is available remotely in the United States or remotely in the following Canadian Provinces: Alberta British Columbia Manitoba and Ontario.
