Asan Auto Retention Associateyou will be at the forefront of our sales team driving growth and delivering top-notch serviceto our clients.Working in our vibrant callcenter you will handle a high volume of callsassistingpotential clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met promptly and effectively. This role is ideal for someone who is self-managing goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced high-volume setting.
What you will bring to our team-
A proventrack recordin sales preferably in the insurance industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented mindset
Experience working in a callcentreenvironment
High energy and enthusiasm with a competitive drive
Self-starter who can manage their own time and workload effectively
Goal-oriented with a relentless pursuit of success
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Level 1 GeneralInsurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
A day in the life -
Proactivelyidentifyand pursuenew salesopportunities through inbound and outbound calls
Develop andmaintainstrong client relationships over the phone
Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Handle a high volume of sales activities with a sense of urgency
Navigate and resolve client issues with innovative problem-solving
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Stayup-to-datewith industry trends and product knowledge
Salary Expectations
Thecompensationfor this position is a variable compensation structureie. base salary plus commission.As such the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidates book of business at a particular time.The expected salary range for this position is$40000 to $45000. The total compensation will beimpactedby factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business linescopeand level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensivebenefitand total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits disability insurance RRSP matching paid-time-off benefits and eligible bonuses for some positions.
