They will be responsible for the accurate reporting of all revenue for all Hotels and other Residential dwellings under the management of Basecamp Property Management Ltd. Salary: $50000 yearlyShifts: Full-time Fixed term till March 2027. End date may be flexible depending on the length required for a period of maternity cover. Location: Calgary or CanmoreKey Responsibilities:Prepare invoices to Expedia OTA as well as Agoda for hotel for responding to all chargebacks received from Credit card merchant daily/weekly for cash gift certificates and funds transfers and make sure they are properly accounted for as well as keep excel spreadsheets up to with the set-up of each Point-of-Scale System for all new with other items of new hotel set up as management and other internal staff members and administration back up when needed and other duties as daily trial balances are loaded into Quickbooks OnlineReconcile the daily Room Revenue sales at each hotelAssist in reconciling all hotel receivables: Mastercard Visa Amex Debit transactions Record and check cash payments from hotels/FIT/group paymentsPrepare the monthly remittance forms for Tourism Canmore KananaskisAssist in preparing room tax remittancesRequirementsBe familiar with the WebrezPro property management familiar with the Point-of Sales systems at each of credit card processing systems (Shift4 and Moneris).Be familiar with reservation OTAs; Expedia Airbnb knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook Excel Word).A familiarity with Quickbooks Online is preferred but not hold strict independently and possess good time management communicate verbally and in Resorts is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building a workplace that values diversity and ensures equal opportunities for all.
