Fullstack Engineer Robotics & Teleoperation Systems

Company Overview

This project focuses on collecting large-scale real-world humanoid robot data and using it to develop advanced AI and robotics models. The team is building open platforms tools and data pipelines that support global research in robotics AI and embodied intelligence.

The initiative operates at national scale bringing together engineers and researchers to build systems that combine robotics real-time systems and modern web technologies.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Design develop and implement teleoperation systems including real-time robot control and low-latency audio/video streaming.

Build operator-facing user interfaces to support efficient and high-quality robot operation.

Work closely with robot operators to gather real-world feedback and continuously improve usability.

Provide data-quality feedback through user interfaces to encourage high-quality data collection.

Develop and maintain internal tools applications and dashboards supporting data collection workflows.

Build intuitive web-based interfaces for managing and monitoring data pipelines.

Collaborate with AI robotics and data platform teams to ensure smooth data ingestion and workflow integration.

Design and implement APIs to enable data interaction between internal services and external systems.

Develop configuration management systems for robot metadata task definitions and system settings.

Ensure secure communication using authentication and access control mechanisms.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of professional experience as a fullstack engineer.

Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.

Experience implementing backend services using technologies such as Go and Python (FastAPI or similar).

Solid understanding of fullstack web application design and development.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience building real-time dashboards robot control interfaces or similar systems.

Experience with real-time communication protocols such as WebSocket MQTT or gRPC.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure.

Experience with ROS / ROS2 and related web tools (e.g. ROSBridge Foxglove Webviz).

Experience working with robot telemetry sensor data visualization or live camera feeds.

Experience with performance profiling and system optimization.

Experience with web crawling or large-scale data processing.

Business-level English proficiency.
