Inviting applications for the role of Repair Order Analyst!

In this role you will be responsible for manage assigned Order transaction types scan quotes and other relevant documents. You will also run reports to manage daily work and give business updates on repair opportunities open orders and historical trends.

You will be expected to be focused have great attention to detail be able to prioritize tasks and work as a team towards deadlines and task resolution.

Responsibilities

Book all transactions run reports to manage daily work and give customer

and business owners updates for open orders and historical trends.

Responsible for interface with various levels of the organization for key

updates.

Interact with our vendors to determine the scope of repair required

Entry data quote approvals shipping requirements and status reports to provide to business platform owners.

Ensure vendors are quoting at contract agreements approving vendor quotes

provided by Platform Managers guidelines and meeting TAT

commitments.

Communicate missed and/or potential vendor contract commitment misses.

Generate and process weekly Opportunities Report for assigned program(s)

Responsible for interface with various levels of the organization for key

updates.

Build vendor relationships with the assigned vendors to maintain service

levels for pricing and TAT.

Process USM Web App transfers and Purchase Orders following the assigned guidelines provided by the Platform Managers.

Monitor all Orders that are closed/received within scheduled dates or 30 days.

Reporting special projects and programs assigned by the business.

Collecting managing and scanning required trace paperwork for assigned incoming parts when needed. May required physical walking to the warehouse.

Provide historical Order reports monthly.

Generate weekly Opportunities Report for assigned program team(s)

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

High School Graduate

Good Writing/Email skills (MS Outlook MS teams)

Relevant experience

Good Interpersonal Time Management & Planning skills

Great communication skills (lead meetings launch external communications etc.)

Excellent attention to detail organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work with large volumes of data and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams lessors regulators and customers.

Strong understanding of aircraft engine maintenance programs life-limited parts tracking and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience of working on ERP Order entry Vendor interactions

Supply Chain Knowledge (Aviation or Repairs are a bonus)

MS Excel beginner to intermediate

Interactions with Leadership teams internal and customers

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $49920.00. The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
