This Position reports to:
Maintenance SupervisorPrimarily focused on industrial equipment upkeep to ensure smooth operation of our machinery equipment and facilities. Ability to perform efficient work on a variety of equipment executing mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance. Responsibilities can include equipment installation routine service and troubleshooting and repair of breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong safety awareness by maintaining a clean safe work environment and modeling safe efficient work practices.
Install service troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable operation of machinery and production equipment including fabrication of parts as needed.
Communicate repair status with production teams and accurately document all maintenance activities and parts usage in the CMMS.
Qualifications
Must hold a certificate or diploma in industrial maintenance related field or in lieu of certificate/degree 2 years related experience in an industrial maintenance field required
Preferred Experience Includes:
PLCs control logic troubleshooting and repairs of automated equipment in a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of the fundamentals of industrial electrical application pneumatics hydraulics and control systems
Experience with reliability center maintenance lean manufacturing and analytical problem-solving tools including Six Sigma Root Cause Failure Analysis and statistical analysis methods
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
