Role Scope and Responsibilities
Monthly Forecasting: Coordination of monthly performance cycle business forecast business planning actuals analysis and reporting activities included but not limited to variance and trend analysis risks and opportunity assessment identification and follow up of corrective actions and driving fact-based business decision-making.
Cluster/Division/Functional partnering: Drive communication across partners and geographies on P&A matters.
Cost controlling: Partner with country and divisional managers and their direct reports in controlling spending levels and following up on issues within the country cluster division or function.
Performance Management: Develop or/and improve management reports to support better business decisions. Provides support ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management or internal customers.
Monthly Business Reviews: Prepare monthly/quarterly Business Review delivered to Regional or International Market leadership team.
Requisites
- University degree Big 4 Experience preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience with relevant experience in P&A
- Preferred experience in matrix organization.
- Strong command in Excel
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills must be a quick learner
- Effective cross-functional communication.
