As we expand our footprint and impact across the Nordics we are seeking a strategic and results-drivenBusiness Unit Headto lead our commercial operations across Sweden Denmark Finland and Norway. This role carries full P&L responsibility and is accountable for driving business performance market growth and cross-functional team leadership across the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Strategic Leadership & Execution
Develop and execute the Nordic business strategyfor Biosimilars and branded genericsin alignment with regional and global objectives.
Lead the operationalization of strategic plans all Nordic markets ensuringlaunch andcommercial excellence and market competitiveness.
Drive business transformation initiatives and foster a unified One Sandoz culture across the region.
2. P&L Ownership & Commercial Performance
Full accountability for the Business Units financial performance including revenue growth profitability budgeting and forecasting.
Oversee product launches lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies tailored to each Nordic country.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
3. Team Leadership & Organizational Development
Lead and develop a high-performing cross-Nordic team acrosscommercial marketaccess and support functions.
Promote cross-country collaboration and talent development enabling career mobility and capability building.
Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Market Access
Support astrong relationshipswith key stakeholders including healthcare professionals payers regulatory bodies and strategic partners.
Represent Sandoz externally to enhance reputation and support market access initiatives.
5. Governance Compliance & Culture
Ensure adherence to all local legislation and Sandoz policies.
Champion the companys values and promote a unified One Sandoz mindset across the Business Unit.
Support employer branding and external representation in collaboration with the Country Leadership Team.
What youll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry ideally withNordicresponsibility.
Strong track record of P&L management and delivering commercial resultsacross Nordics.
Deep understanding of the Nordic healthcare landscaperegulatory-and market access environment.
Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
Academic background in Business Life Sciences or related field.
