Deine Aufgaben sind:
Lokale Eingruppierung: Lohngruppe 2 des Lohntarifvertrages für gewerbliche Arbeitnehmende in der Speditions- Logistik- und Transportwirtschaft in Nordrhein-Westfalen (FXEEU Grade 3)
Tätigkeitsbeschreibung
Quantitative und qualitative Annahme und Kontrolle von Kundenware
Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangsbearbeitung physisch und per EDV
Einlagerung und Verwaltung von Kundenware über das Warenwirtschaftssystem
Bearbeitung/Ausführung von eingehenden Kundenaufträgen über das Warenwirtschaftssystem
Versand- und Verpackungsarbeiten
Pflegen des Lager- und Bürobereichs zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs
Führen und Bearbeiten von Telefonaten und sonstigem Schriftverkehr
Beauftragung von Spediteuren zur Ausführung von Kundenaufträgen und Durchführung von Rechnungskontrollen nach Vorgaben
Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten
Pflegen von Kundendaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem
Bereitschaftsdienst außerhalb der Standortöffnungszeiten
Voraussetzungen / Anforderungen:
abgeschlossene Ausbildung wünschenswert
Gabelstaplerführerschein wünschenswert
Berufserfahrung in der Lagerhaltung erwünscht
Computerkenntnisse erwünscht
Flexibilität Engagement Teamfähigkeit Verlässlichkeit
