Health, Safety & Environmental Protection Manager BNL

• Lead the implementation of a safety management systemat CWS CleanroomsBNL

• In cooperation withresponsibleoperational leaderssupport and drivethe completion and keepingup-to-dateofnecessary risk assessments

• Identifyhigher-risk tasks and in cooperation with responsible operational leaders support and drive the deployment ofadditionalsafetyprocesses as needed (e. g. last-minute risk assessmentshigh-risk checklists permit-to-work etc.)

• In cooperation withresponsibleoperational leaderssupport and driveadequate management of hazardous chemicals including relevant data sheets risk assessments and operational procedures and instructions

• In cooperation withresponsibleoperational leaderssupport and driveadequate maintenance and necessary verifications of all types of equipment in use (including electrical equipment)

• Provide consultancy to operational leaders for the specification ofequipment and machinery to be deployed into operational use

• In cooperation with responsible operations leaders sustainandcontinuously improvethesafetyobservation reporting process including themonitoring of safety observation completionand communication of completed safety observations

• In cooperation with responsible operations leadersdeploysustainand continuously improvesafety audit processes including the monitoring of audit findings and execution of toolbox talks

• In cooperation with responsible operations leaders support drive and execute safety training coursesas

• In cooperation with responsible operations leaders support and drive fast reporting and investigation of lost-time accidents and high-risk incidents including deployment and completion of resulting countermeasures

• Lead the continuous improvement of processes build a lean value-focussed process framework forHSE

• Relevant HSE qualifications(preventieadviseurlevel 2or higher VCA)

• Bachelor of Engineeringor similar degreepreferred

• At leastfiveyears experience inbuilding safety culture within an international organisation exceeding250 employees

• Experience with continuous improvement cultures and tools preferred

• EnglishandDutchlanguage

• Familiar with Safety ladder culture Behaviour based Safety
