As the Operations Training Coordinator you will be instrumental in implementing the Operations (Ops) training strategy within specific areas of business. Your primary stakeholders will be the Operations Managers of the designated line of business and youll be leading a dedicated team of trainers focused on programs under the designated Line of Business.

As aOperations Training Coordinator your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Training Team: Manage and lead a dedicated team of trainers ensuring effective coordination and delivery of programs under the specific Line of Business.
    Foster and reinforce a positive learning culture within the designated line of business.
  • Align with Business Strategy: Assist in aligning training efforts with the overall business strategy for the site contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with Operations Managers to develop and implement tailored training programs for contact center personnel in line with business needs.
  • Global Learning Collaboration: Act as a liaison with the Global Learning Team supporting the development and delivery of global learning solutions specific to the designated line of business.
  • Program Management: Oversee the coordination of training programs and the learning experience for adult learners within the assigned area.
  • Support Development Initiatives: Contribute to development programs within the line of business focusing on individual and team growth.
  • Team Support: Provide support to Operations Managers in the identification of skill and knowledge requirements utilizing various learning methods including mentoring and coaching.
  • Training Class Facilitation: Conduct training classes ensuring effective communication of complex topics tailored to the specific needs of the designated line of business.
  • Evaluation and Data Analysis: Develop and utilize evaluation tools to collect and interpret data assessing the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively pursue opportunities for self-improvement and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Close collaboration with Operations Managers and focuson the efficient coordination and delivery of training initiatives within the specified line of business.


To succeed in the role you will need to have:

  • Advanced level ofEnglishskills(C1)
  • Native or proficient level of German language skills (C1/C2) would be a plus
  • Solid understanding of training processes and practices for adult learners
  • Strong understanding of computer basics (Windows Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook and Internet)
  • Proven client relationship skills (internal and external)
  • Well-developed consultancy skill
  • Delivering and facilitating learning and development interventions
  • Ability to design and evaluate learning material
  • A strong problem solver and researcher with the emotional and intellectual resilience to make key decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal organization and time management skills
  • Excellent listening oral and written communication skills
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
  • Be a local candidate as it is an office based position inAthens Greece
