The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our Branch Sales Team in Athens. You will become part of a dynamic evolving and agile environment where teamwork determination communication and strong organizational skills are essential of the commercial this role along with a team of 7 members you will actively participate in the coordination and management of a Retail Banks Branch Network throughout the country playing a key role in ensuring alignment between central sales strategy and branch-level execution. This position offers the opportunity to gain deep exposure to the banking market from a commercial perspective and to develop strong analytical and business insight.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate and sales management in Banks Branch Network
• Sales Development in the area of responsibility through the support of the existing customer base as well as finding new customers implementing the companys commercial policy
• Motinoring of goal achievement competition market trends and reporting
• Market mapping and customer development
• Educating customers on the companys products/ services
• Manage and complete sales processes through internal systems providing support and information to prospective customers in coordination with the team
• Closely monitoring product delivery schedules and informing sellers/ customers of any problems that arise

Who Are We Looking For

• 5 years of experience in Sales services or banking sector
• University degree / Postgraduate degree in Business Finance will be appreciated
• Ability to communicate both written and verbally with customers
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Fluency in English in written & verbal form
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Power Point) and Power BI

• Ability to travel is essential
