The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join the Buildsafe Victorian team supporting residential builders and construction clients across the region.
This role offers a mix of office-based coordination and on-site client engagement. Youll manage your own client portfolio spending time both in the office handling quotes follow-ups and pipeline activity and out on site meeting builders understanding project requirements and strengthening relationships.
Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager youll work closely with operations and account management to ensure a smooth experience for clients from initial enquiry through to project delivery. Your focus will be on growing existing accounts maintaining strong working relationships and identifying opportunities to increase Buildsafes presence across residential projects.
This role suits someone who enjoys balancing structured sales administration with face-to-face relationship management.
About You
Youre commercially minded well organised and comfortable switching between office-based tasks and time on site. You take ownership of your workload communicate clearly and follow things through.
Youre confident engaging with builders and site teams but equally comfortable managing CRM activity quotes and internal coordination.
Youll bring:
- Recent experience in Construction or Building Services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A practical solutions-focused approach
- Confidence engaging with clients both in the office and on site
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A current drivers licence (essential)
Your Role
- Manage a portfolio of residential clients across Victoria
- Balance office-based sales activity with regular site visits and client meetings
- Support Senior Account Managers with client management and growth opportunities
- Coordinate quotes bookings and project follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records in the Buildsafe CRM
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet within existing clients
