- Lead daily operations for Service Technicians Route Drivers and Warehouse staff
- Manage scheduling and routing to ensure efficient service and delivery operations
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures at the branch level
- Conduct daily coaching performance check-ins and team development activities
- Assign schedule and oversee service work deliveries and warehouse workflows
- Track and maintain productivity benchmarks including call-backs and stops per day
- Address employee performance concerns promptly and constructively
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Perform basic installation and removal of water treatment equipment as needed
- Uphold all safety guidelines and promote a culture of safe work practices
- Maintain an organized efficient and secure warehouse environment
- Manage inventory tools equipment and operational supplies
- 35 years of supervisory or management experience in field operations service or logistics
- Water treatment plumbing HVAC or related technical background preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)
- Valid drivers license and required state certifications for vehicle operation
- Strong leadership communication and customer service skills
- A team-oriented leader who thrives in a family-business environment
