Job Description

As the AI Engineer youll drive the integration of artificial intelligence across both our digital marketing services and our proprietary SaaS platform. Your work will enhance internal operational efficiency and unlock new intelligent features that elevate the value we provide to clients.

Youll work hands-on with large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies to automate manual processes build internal tools and deliver smarter data-driven marketing solutions. This is an opportunity to have a direct and visible impact on a rapidly evolving business by embedding AI into its core.

Job Expectations

• Design and build scalable AI-powered services and tools to streamline internal workflows across teams (e.g. SEO content sales support).
• Develop intelligent features that enhance the capabilities of Go Locals SaaS platform.
• Integrate and manage multiple LLMs and AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI Anthropic Google) to support both internal and client-facing use cases.
• Mentor and lead a team of AI engineers providing guidance technical oversight and performance coaching.
• Create and maintain backend systems and APIs for delivering AI functionality across products and services.
• Build infrastructure for model serving orchestration performance monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Develop fallback strategies and model routing for performance reliability and cost optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering product and marketing teams to identify opportunities to apply AI effectively.
• Implement best practices in AI privacy data handling and regulatory compliance.
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in AI and MLOps continuously introducing new ideas and technologies to improve Go Locals offerings.

Job Qualifications

• 6 years of experience designing and building AI/ML applications or infrastructure in production environments.
• Proven experience applying LLMs or similar AI models to solve real business or product challenges.
• Strong backend engineering skills with experience in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience with modern AI/ML orchestration and deployment tools (e.g. LangGraph Airflow Kubeflow Ray n8n Make FlowAI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of MLOps practices including model deployment monitoring logging and evaluation.
• Knowledge of privacy security and ethical considerations in AI systems.
• Experience working in or with marketing technology or SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to partner effectively across diverse teams.
• Passion for exploring and applying new AI technologies to create practical high-impact solutions.
