Responsibilities:
Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
Operate customer and lot vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
Pick up and deliver customers vehicles in the Bismarck Mandan area
Find customers vehicles on the lot and bring them to the service entrance
Help technicians move vehicles on the lot and in the shop
Qualifications:
Demonstrated superior customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
Outgoing and positive demeanor
Professional presentation
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
A professional appearance
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
